Can I live anywhere in the world? Are there any restrictions on the
surveys?
You must reside in the United
States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand or Australia to become a member of
Survey Junkie and participate in surveys. The only other restriction is that
you must be at least 18 years old in order to participate and get paid.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points by
completing the different actions and surveys listed on the member’s home page.
These special actions and surveys will have designated points marked for each
rewardable event. For example, you can earn points by confirming your email
address, completing your profile, watching the “How it Works” tutorial and most
importantly, taking surveys. Please note that the number of points you earn for
completing surveys varies, as it depends on several factors.
How can I complete surveys?
There are two ways in which
you may complete surveys. First, you will have the most targeted and available
surveys to complete right on the member’s homepage, which is the 1st page you
see when you log in. We recommend that you visit our site often because new
surveys are added and removed on a daily basis. Second, you may click on
“Surveys” from the top menu bar, where you will find additional surveys to
complete. Just click on whatever survey you wish to take and you will be
directed and guided through the process. Remember, that you may be asked to
complete some profile information at the beginning of each survey as these are
necessary to quality you for each survey you take.
What will I receive for completing surveys?
For surveys that are completed
directly from Survey Junkie and have point values indicated next to them, you
will receive points, which you may then redeem for cash or gift cards. One
thousand (1,000) points are equivalent to $10 USD.
For surveys that are provided
from the market research companies, you may get cash, prizes, or points that
you may redeem for either cash or prizes. Often times survey panels will
require you to collect a certain amount of points before you can redeem them
for cash or other rewards. At times sweepstakes are offered instead of points.
You may visit the survey panel's website to find out more about their reward
systems as each survey panel varies.

Why do I sometimes get disqualified?
The process of taking surveys
sometimes requires that you take a short qualifying survey that will notify the
company if you fit the demographic they are trying to reach for that particular
survey. Depending on the target demographic, you may qualify for some surveys
and not qualify for others. If you do not qualify for a survey, we recommend
that you keep a look out for other surveys that become available.
Is there a limit to how many surveys I can take?
The only limit to how many
surveys you can take is your time. If you wish to put full-time effort into
answering surveys, then you can get more cash & rewards.
Why would someone pay me to take a survey?
There are millions of
companies that gather information from consumers in order to learn the best way
to produce and market their products. When you fill out a survey, this gives
them the information they need to understand what consumers want and how to
market them. This information is so important for them, that they are willing
to pay you for your opinion.
How much time will it take to complete a survey?
The length of time required
for each survey varies. Your survey invitations will note details about the
survey including the length of time needed to complete the survey. You must
also factor in things such as connection speed that can also affect the amount
of time you spend on one survey.
